Charcoal (already lit), table, chairs, BBQ equipment, and seasoning set are provided. *Staff will handle cleanup and tidying up, so customers do not need to clean up.

A set of bath towels and face towels (small, medium, and large). Ideal for extended stays.

● Private pool installation: 35,000 yen per day (tax included)
This is the cost of installing a swimming pool in your garden.
*If the pool is used continuously over several days, an additional fee of 2,000 yen per day will be charged for pool hygiene management.

Exclusive access to Hakata's historic geisha culture, arranged just for you.

Hakata Geiko — the city's historic community of professional performing artists — are usually difficult for travelers to book. We arrange a private performance in the refined setting of our estate, with no other guests present. A rare, once-in-a-lifetime experience, ideal for special celebrations or hosting important guests.

So guests staying multiple nights always have a fresh space, we handle mid-stay room cleaning and trash collection on request. Relax as you would at home, with the attention to detail you would expect from a hotel. (Room cleaning: ¥10,000 per service — see the pricing section above.)

For a limited time during the summer, we will provide a private pool in your garden.

Enjoy the classic Japanese summer right on the property.
Hand-held sparklers against the night sky in a designated safe area; Suikawari, the blindfolded watermelon game, with everyone during the day. We provide the sets and support, so come empty-handed and just enjoy it.
