2. Information Regarding Accommodation Services

● Sales Price (Accommodation Rates):

● The price displayed for each accommodation plan, room type, and date (includes consumption tax).

● *Rates vary based on factors such as the season, day of the week, and number of guests. Please check the reservation screen for details.

● Additional Charges (Beyond the Base Rate):

　○ Hot spring tax / Accommodation tax (Fukuoka City: ¥200 per person, per night)

　○ Cleaning fee (if not included in the plan; this will be clearly stated on the reservation screen)

　○ Compensation costs for damage to or loss of facilities or equipment caused by the guest

3. Reservation Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

● Cancellation Policy (Cancellation Fees):

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows, depending on when the reservation is cancelled:

　○ Up to one day prior to the scheduled stay: No charge

　○ On the day of the scheduled stay: 100% of the accommodation fee

　○ No-show (cancellation without notice): 100% of the accommodation fee

● Refund Method:

We will refund the amount remaining after deducting any cancellation fees to the credit card used for the original payment. The timing of the refund is subject to the processing policies of the respective credit card company.

● Cancellation or Inability to Provide Service Due to Operator Circumstances:

If we are unable to provide accommodation services due to reasons beyond our control—such as natural disasters or unforeseen accidents at the facility—we will refund the full amount of the accommodation fee paid.
