2. Matters Concerning Accommodation Services

● Sales Price (Accommodation Fee):

● The prices displayed for each accommodation plan, room, and date include consumption tax.

● *Prices may vary depending on the season, day of the week, and group size. Please check the reservation screen for details.

● Additional Charges Besides the Product Price:

　○ Hot Spring Tax and Accommodation Tax (Fukuoka City: 200 JPY per person per night)

　○ Cleaning Fee (If not included in the plan, this will be clearly indicated on the booking screen)

　○ Compensation costs in the event of damage to or loss of facilities or equipment due to customer negligence.

● Payment Timing:

● Payment will be processed immediately upon completion of your reservation (credit card payment).

3. Regarding Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds for Reservations

● Cancellation Policy (Cancellation Fees):

● Depending on when you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply.

　○ Up to one day before the check-in date: Free

　○ On the day of arrival: 100% of the accommodation fee

　○ No-show without prior notice: 100% of the accommodation fee

　　*Please note that for certain special plans or during peak seasons, a different unique cancellation policy may apply. In such cases, it will be clearly indicated on the details screen of each reservation plan.

● Refund Method:

The amount minus the cancellation fee will be refunded via the credit card used for payment. The timing of the refund will be based on the processing regulations of each credit card company.

● In Case of Cancellation or Inability to Provide Service Due to the Service Provider's Circumstances:

In the event that we are unable to provide accommodation services due to natural disasters, unforeseen accidents at the facility, or other reasons beyond our control, we will refund the full amount of the accommodation fee you have paid.
